Have to agree with Ali on that one -- make that first step with a commitment of not quitting. Later it will become an obsession like it has for me. ;-)

Danny, where's the progress on the training, diet, and weight change? Did you buy that scale yet? You need to go spend like $30 on a nice digital scale.

Best suggestion I ever got was get a pedometer. Wear it a week to see your daily average then strive to increase the steps daily, even if only by a couple. Track it so you can see your progress. It helps to maintain motivation.

Ok Danny, you're on and ready to lose weight, right? So, let's try changing your eating habits first. Then when you have that in the calorie intake range that is good for you, start getting an exercise routine started up?
